Blue Fizz

3 oz club soda
½ oz lemon juice
½ oz Bols Blue Curacao
¼ teaspoon sugar
Pour all ingredients except soda into shker. Fill collins glass almost full of ice and dump ice into shaker. Shake well and pour drink onto collins glass . Add soda stir well & serve.

 Liberty Cocktail
¾ oz. Lairds Applejack
½ oz. Don Q Dark Rum
1 dash simple syrup
1 oz. ice water

Shake ingredients with crushed ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. 

 

SummerTime Lemonade
1 part Kentucky Gentlemen Bourbon
1 part Bols Triple Sec
1 part sweet & sour mix
4 parts lemon lime soda
Combine all ingredients and serve over ice.

Blue Sweet Tea
1 part Stoli Blueberi
2 parts Firefly Sweet Tea Vodka
2 parts Lemonade
Pour ingredients into shaker with ice. Shake and pour over ice into highball glass. Garnish with lemon and mint.

Watermelon Martini 
1 oz Boulaines Watermelon Schnapps
1 ½ oz. Vodka
2 oz cranberry juice
Splash pineapple juice
1 slice watermelon

Build over ice in shaker. Shake and strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with watermelon slice.

Summer Sandals

3 oz. McCormick Irish Cream
1 Splash Soda Water
Pour Irish Cream over ice in an old fashioned glass and top with a splash of soda water

Sailing Monster 
2 shots Sailor Jerry Rum,

Fill with Monster Energy Drink

Fill glass with crushed ice, add Sailor Jerry Rum then top it off with Monster Energy drink.

Blue Frozen Margarita
3 oz. Herradura Tequila

1 oz. Mr. Boston Blue Curacao

2 oz. lime juice

 1 cup ice

Pour ingredients into a blender over ice, in order listed. Blend on high for a few seconds. Take lime wedge and run it over the edges of a margarita glass then upturn place the wetted rims into course salt. Pour the margarita into the salted glass and serve.

Jolly Rancher
1 oz Van Gogh Melon Vodka
1/2 oz Peach Schnapps
1 splash Cranberry Juice
Pour ingredients into cocktail shaker and add crushed ice. Let stand for five seconds. Shake vigorously for five seconds. Strain into shot glass.
